If you prefer control, I have a good racket for you – the Metallix 130 from Head is lightweight, well balanced and offers a great maneuverability and control over your shots. Perfect for precise drop shots.

It feels really light in your hand, the power is decent and users mention also a good sweet spot, comfortable grip and durability – it can survive some hits against the wall.

It’s not overly expensive and juniors like it as well.

The Hyper Hammer 120 PH is currently the most popular Wilson racquet – it offers a nice combination of the head-heavy balance and extra low weight. And while the robust, “hammer” design provides a lot of power, the lightweight frame makes it very easy to maneuver – you’ll appreciate that especially during long and tiring games.

And even with its 120 g it is still quite durable and able to withstand a few hits against the wall. It’s well balanced, has a nice feel and a large forgiving sweet spot.

Also many players stated this racquet really improved their game. It is reasonably priced and great even for juniors.

The Nanotec Ti 120 from Browning has accumulated some great user reviews – players mostly describe it as an excellent racquet and the price is also compelling.

It’s very light, comfortable and with a good feel, the power is also on a very good level. The only mentioned disadvantage is the grip – a few players were disappointed by its quality and replaced it.
