Great power, superb stability and a traditional, crisp feel – that’s the new Speedport Black. Also offers a good control and large sweet spot, the balance is head heavy.

In 2014 Prince replaced one of their top squash rackets, the Speedport Black, with an upgraded version – the Pro Black Speedport 850. They are very similar, one player described the new version as more precise and dynamic, making the game more enjoyable. It’s a racquet of choice of Misaku Kobayashi for example.

Concerning playing capabilities, users are pleased with it – it offers great power and solid control as well, large sweet spot (slightly higher up) and excellent stability. Only some players might find it too heavy in the head (the balance is 37.5 cm).
It’s quite similar to the Pro Rebel 950, just a tiny bit less head heavy and with differently shaped O-Ports. It doesn’t use the newer EXO3 technology and stays with the O3 Speedport – so it offers a more traditional, crisp feel.
