In the Graphene lineup of Head squash rackets, the Neon 130 stands somewhere in between the powerful, teardrop-shaped Cyanos and the accurate Xenons with classic closed heads. It has a closed throat as well, but much larger head than the Xenons – plus a head heavy balance and 130 grams of weight.

And if you want both power and control, this racquet would be an excellent choice – it offers a lot of power (without much effort thanks to the head heavy balance) but does not sacrifice control and gives you great precision as well. Compared to the Cyanos, the power is not that explosive but you still feel the ball and can control it nicely.

The large head holding most of the frame’s weight will probably feel cumbersome at first – but don’t let that discourage you, it just takes a little more time to get used to it. And the racket is light enough even for volleying and attacking the ball early, one player reported he actually enjoys volleying with it more than with head light racquets where it’s easy to get too wild in your swings.
