When Head released their Graphene squash rackets lineup in 2014, one of the upgraded models was also the popular Xenon2 135. All of the main attributes like weight, balance or head size stayed the same, only the new Graphene technology emerged – basically, the new material enables better weight distribution (from center of the frame to the tip and handle) to make the racquet easier to swing and a bit more powerful.

The philosophy of the 135 did not change at all – it still offers excellent control thanks to its string pattern and smaller head, plus the additional weight and head heavy balance provides very good power and stability.

Pierre shows it nicely in the video below – the Xenon 135 is perfect for a playing style with high preparation and then letting the racket do the work – it goes through the shot really smoothly and feels very solid on impact. On the other hand, it’s not easy to execute some faster flicks using your wrist, for example during volleying.
